Excellent book. Amazing! I loved it. I will reread this. In fact, I probably already did. This is also reserved for those that are so amazing I cannot reread it because I can never ever feel this way again.

Great book. I liked it…a lot. I will probably reread the entire thing at some point.

Good book. I liked it. I will probably reread my favorite parts.

It was okay. There were some things I liked, but I probably won’t be rereading this.

I finished it but unfortunately, this book was just not for me. I will not be rereading this.

This is my general rating system. I’m a serial rereader so one of the ways I know I really enjoy a book is the likelihood of me rereading it–in whole or in parts. There will be half stars. When this happens, it’s because it was such a hard decision. Often, some elements of the book fell in one category or the other and as a whole is in the middle of two categories. Elements that largely influence my ratings also include, but are not limited to, the characters (their development and whether I’m able to connect with them), the plot, the pacing, and the ending. Overall, it’s about how much I enjoy reading the book and all these elements ultimately lead to that final conclusion.
